The "Billionaire Mindset"

Do you possess it? Most people just dream of wealth, but few actually do anything to build it. The same practices apply to building the kind of life you aspire to achieve. Whether it's building your billion dollar empire or building your legacy empire, you get to choose to either build an "empire" or remain in the land of average, as most of society tends to do. Why? because it's easier to live on average than it is to lean into abundance.

Below are just a few of the steps I've learned through time and experience the key ingredients to leaning into a life of abundance which, if played well, can lead you into a life of great wealth and abundance in life, love, and legacy. I hope this serves you well my friends.

 

• See and BELIEVE it as possible - Nothing exists if not for an initial vision and a belief that it could come to reality

• Believe you are deserving - I had to overcome the belief that I was undeserving of success. Those voices I repeated to myself were the voices of those who lacked belief in me previously. Those voices don't matter anymore. Only my own. I believe you are deserving of success, so borrow my belief in you until you can believe in yourself.
•  
• Turn possibility into inevitability in the mind first - When I would believe that something was just way too impossible for me to even imagine, God would show me His vision of how it is possible. I have learned a valuable lesson that when things seem impossible, give it to God. He is the master of impossibilities. God turned what I believed to be impossible into something that was possible. He then expected me to do my part and turn the possible into reality, and with faith, persistence, and desire, I was able to turn the possibles into the inevitable.

• Bring on the believers - Relationships matter. WHO you invite into your life and your dreams matter even more. When I created my program on the "Intentional Influence" it was not only a guide for others to put into action, but it reminded me to be intentional in the people I invite, or dis-invite, to my circles of influence. Included people who believe in your vision and believe in you. All others can either take a seat on the sideline and watch you succeed or leave the stadium immediately. Eviction notices have been handed out.

• Fail - Fail fast, frequently, first, and forward - A huge lesson in success is to understand, expect, and embrace failure. It's going to show up and when it does, celebrate it's arrival. Get out there and be quick to fail, fail as often as you can, be the first to jump and fall down then get back up again, and know that when you fall, fall forward. It will carry you to the next thing you must do with such excitement to jump again.

• Build it! Build it! Build it! Then make it better - The Japanese auto makers have a believe and policy that goes something like this: "If it ain't broke, how can we make it better?" (Texan-American translation). This goes along with the previous step of failing. Everytime you build it, there will always be a better way to make it even more effective, regardless of what you are building. It could be a business, an online course, even a relationship. Build it, build it, build it, then make it better!

• Celebrate the small wins, they lead to the big wins! - It is incredibly vital that when you have a small win, that you celebrate it! Celebrate it out loud, alone and with your people! This inspires you to take your next steps and to persevere.

• Celebrate the mistakes, they lead to bigger wins. - Every mistake, every miscalculation, every failed attempt, is cause for celebration. because they show you where you need to improve. They show you another way that did not work. The process of elimination is closely connected with the process of intentional efforts leading to unintended mistakes, but those lead to the eventual successes. So party on Wayne!

• Reproduce - the product and the people. -Your legacy isn't in what you have done to be successful, but in how your success helps others to succeed as well. Once you succeed with a product, service, organizational development, or relationship then help others to do the same. This is where significance and reproduction is found. And help your team to improve in thier own skills with their professional AND personal goals.

• Reflect and Rejoice and Restart - But wait! There's more! Every achievement deserves some time to reflect on it's fruits. Once in awhile, take an inventory of where you are and how far you have come from the inception of the dream to it's reality. Give God the glory and praise. then, begin again. Once you've reached a destination, you've still not arrived. God has more planned for you than where you are, no matter when and where you find yourself. To every mountain top reached, another waits in the distance for such an adventurer as you. 

 

God has placed within each of us a seed of magnificent purpose that only we can give life to. Don’t let your dream die with you. The world needs your ideas and that thing that makes you YOUnique my friends. Don't find yourself at the end of your days being visited by all of the dreams that God placed in you to be standing next to your bedside in anger and in pain because you were the only person who could have given them life. instead, they must die with you. Give your dreams LIFE!

 

Developing a “Billionaire’s Mindset” isn’t just about power and financial success, those are the results of effort and persistence. So please don;t be mislead into thinking this is the road to riches. Instead, know that the Billionaire’s Mindset is about living a life worthy of your dreams. If you do that, then my friend, you may very well find yourself living a life of great abundance, and you can bank on that truth.
