You may think that you know DISC, but you don't know the Maxwell Method of DISC. Most people I have spoken with and administered the MDPIR for have told me about their experience with DISC from other administrators, but when asked about their DISC style, some remembered, while others couldn't. Those who did remember, didn't know what to do with it once they had the report in their hands because`there was no follow up, debrief, or coaching opportunities offered.
